When purchasing art from us you are agreeing to these terms. It means you have looked over this carrd and read through it. If you break our TOS we will blacklist you. That will mean you will not be able to commission art from any of us.These terms of service are responsible to the buyer to read, agree to, and follow upon. If you have questions or need any clarification, feel free to contact us!

NFTs

As stated in our "Will/Won't draw" section, we will not draw NFTs. We are not okay with our art being used as/for NFTs in any form. We are not the artist to do that type of work.If we find out our art is being used as NFTs in any sort of form, we will blacklist you. We will also be reporting the artwork, user, and filing DMCA claims against you. Please do not use our art for this type of stuff.

Usage/Distribution

We own full copyright of our artwork.
We have the right to use and distribute our art.Once a commission has been finished, you may use it. However, it must be for PERSONAL use only. Personal use may be, but not limited to: icons, layouts, wallpaper, and themes. It cannot be used for any sort of NFT work. You cannot also claim the artwork as your own or sell it. Upon doing any of these will result in a blacklist.If our artwork is posted online or used as an icon by you, you must credit us and link any of our socials. Thank you!

Updates/Refusals

Once you buy a commission from us, we will send updates here and there! We do this to ensure you are satisfied with the art piece. We will send a sketch to make sure the art piece is okay before going on with the lineart and colors. We will then send another update before we finish up the art piece. If you are unsatisfied with the sketch (unless you bought sketch commission) we will refund you. However once we do lineart, flat color, etc, we cannot refund you.Unless you have a deadline, we take our time on our artwork to ensure the best quality of our pieces. We are willing to negotiate specific deadliness as long as they are in advance and not last minute.Once our artwork is finished, we cannot fix anything. So if there is a minor problem with the artwork PLEASE mention it during the sketching or lining/flat color phase. If you would like to add anything may result in an upcharge for the art piece.

We have all the right as artists to decline a commission for reason that may not be stated on this.

Payment and Refunds

We take payment upfront!This means we will not start your commission until we have received your payment. Pricing for our commissions can be in "Examples".Payment is done in USD. You may purchase a commission through Paypal or Cash App!

As stated in "Updates/Refusals" under "Policy", we will only give refunds during the sketching stage or if we have not started the drawing yet. You will get 100% of your money back if doing so! However, we will be in clear contact and communication to get approval on each stage of the art piece before moving on. It is also to ensure the satisfaction of the buyer.
